(Serves 6 to 8)
3 lbs red potatoes, halved
1/2 lb bacon, cooked
½ cup Bentley’s Batch 5 BBQ sauce, any flavor
Salt & Pepper
Cut potatoes in half. Put in roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with Olive Oil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour the BBQ sauce over the potatoes and cook another 15 minutes until soft.
Remove from oven. Pour into bowl and add more BBQ sauce as desired. Sprinkle bacon crumbles over potatoes and enjoy!
