1 pre-made pizza dough
½ cup Bently’s Batch 5 BBQ sauce (I used Reserve), plus more
1 lb. chicken, cooked through and chopped
1 apple, sliced
1 jalapeno, sliced
1 ears worth of corn
½ red onion, sliced and halved
½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Spread ½ cup of BBQ sauce on the flattened dough.
3. Spread the pizza dough with the chicken, apple, jalapeno, corn, and onion
4. Top with the cheese, and sprinkle with ample more BBQ sauce
